Hello and welcome to my digital world!

Born and bred in New Delhi, I moved to New York in 2014 to pursue a degree in marketing which eventually led to a 7-year career (and counting) of creating award-winning campaigns for brands across startups to Fortune 500 companies.

In 2021, things took a slight detour as I hit play on Netflix’s Drive to Survive and discovered a new passion — sports. Chasing this world, I joined and hosted the Females in Motorsport podcast where I interviewed athletes and industry professionals on the show for nearly two years.

In 2025, that brought me to launch Practice Session — a platform dedicated to the journey of young athletes and next-gen legends. With a lens of building brands and talent profiles and pure admiration for athletes going pro, I run this platform on Substack and Instagram (with additional channels launching soon) exploring untapped conversations of talent and grit.
