As a storyteller and sports enthusiast at heart, I launched The Practice Session in 2025, where I dive into the journeys of young athletes, exploring the intersection of mental health and professional growth.

My love for sports and storytelling began during my time as the host of the Females in Motorsport podcast, interviewing F1 Academy champions Marta García and Abbi Pulling, 3 x W Series champion Jamie Chadwick, as well as other formidable athletes like Susann Hansen, Tatiana Calderón, and Bianca Bustamante. Through these conversations, I discovered the power of sharing athletes’ untold stories, ultimately inspiring me to launch my own show.
